In which ProRec publishes the full text of a Wharton B-School article saying that the record companies are on the losing side when they sue their users, because whatever the outcome, you lose in the court of public opinion. And anyway, you can\'t stop them.

They hope to attract legal attention from Wharton for publishing it, in an ironic attempt to disprove the article\'s main point.

An interesting read indeed.
