If I download the Windows 98 service pack called Windows 98 SP1 will this upgrade my 98 First edition to 98 SE?
I have heard many say that 98 SE is the way to go but i don\'t see 98SE in the upgrade area for Windows 98...just a service pack 1.

The service pack does not turn win98 into 98se. I can\'t remember what things are fixed in this service pack, because it is some time ago since I installed it. I also have win98 and installed the service pack. Everything works fine here.
