I have your track \"Suspence and Glory\" (which I like very much Btw)

http://www.sierra-trails.com/suspenseandglory.mp3 (\"http://www.sierra-trails.com/suspenseandglory.mp3\")

I have a question about one of the sounds used in this piece. Could you please tell me what the sound is at 28 seconds and again at 1 min 49 seconds seconds like I first heard it in one of Bill Browns pieces but I thought it was custom made.

Thanks so much!
Ed

Ed, You are probably talking about the violin gliss, which can be found in the ever usefull Prosonus Orch lib. Yeah, Bill Brown is a favorite of mine. I had dinner with him at E3 and I was able to ask him a lot of annoying questions. images/icons/wink.gif . A great guy.

oh yeah! I does sound a bit orchestral if I really listen. It sounded a bit Distorted Reality esque to me you see.

What verb did you use here btw? Im a little sick of gigastudios verb

Ed

Ps. More annoying questions on the way images/icons/smile.gif

When I recorded that I was using a lot of Alesis verbs. I have had some major upgrades in sound quality lately. I am going to re-record \"Suspense and Glory\". It will sound way better.
