View Full Version : Adjusting Gigasampler mixer levels
Dragging the bar up and down seems pretty imprecise. Is there any way to set levels that is numeric, or that is more precise than dragging the mouse into levels of \"red\" \"yellow\" or \"blue\"??

I\'m not sure to answer correctly the question, Giga-mixer is suck! Normally I\'ve done the mixed-output-levels (giga) in the sequencer-mixer like cakewalk. Of course, when you have many tracks, it would be easier to control its mixed from an external-MIDI-controller faders. The advantage for this way is you can store (saved along with Seq.) and recall your mixed at realtime dynamically durring the mixdown processing. Anyone?
Hope this helps,

You could send exact levels from your sequencer (cc7).

May be that\'s what GS presupposes. On the other hand, I\'ve discovered that using the directions keys instead of the mouse allows ten gradations within each colour band. So, as long as you\'re prepared to count the number of keystrokes, you can fine tune.
