just wondering if I should load viola and cello art files just yet.

I have been successful adding the art.files to the All violins, 2nd violins, and Bass Long Bows for the GPC-1 feature, but the viola long bows 1 art. file and cello long bows 1 art.file are giving me an error in the Giga Editor saying \"Error: None of the samples match in the wave pool\" as I load the art. file.\"

Go for it Francis, load \'em up! Make a special folder for art.files in your C drive and extract them into that, then load the articulation files to the sounds you want to update.
I don\'t have the latest updated CDs since I bought the library when it first came out. Gary said the CDs were updated.
Yours might work out. I seem to be one of the very few having a problem with it.
I get the same error trying to load art.files from Dan Deans updated solo violin 2.0 as well from his site.

I loaded the art file for FULL STRINGS LITE.

The GPC control for attack is great. I felt it necessary to apply a bit more release for a better feel.

WOW!!

I load up full strings lite Violins SusV
and add Portato on the second port ... and I can play/compose for hours.

Now, with the attack and warmth feature, I may me missing for the Holidays http://www.northernsounds.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif

Bring on SOLO STRINGS. Oh, and BRASS, CHOIR, WOODWINDS ... yea baby http://www.northernsounds.com/ubb/NonCGI/images/icons/smile.gif
