Strings above C7

Dear All,
I was surprised to find that none of the violins I\'ve played so far sound above the C 5 leger lines and a space above the staff. How does one get, say, the E above that C, highest E on the 88 note keyboard to sound in the violins?

In the latest updates there are optional art files that extend the ranges. Let me know if require installation help.
