I read this quote from a guy on the Yahoo Nemesys users group and he said that when he needs tech support he calls Nemesys a little bit before they open in the morning (8:00 am or something) and they usually answer the phone because it could be one of their employees calling in sick so they usually pick up. Joe Bibbo (from Nemesys tech)is pretty active in this list.
There are some interesting infomations sometimes on the list (like recently, Nemesys position on DXi...)
