Where do i download GPO Studio??

Everybody seems to have it.. I cannot find anything at personalorchestra.com nor this forum. Where where where is it? Is the d/l-link emailed? Some problem with my email? Help??

I managed to miss all mention of GPO Studio in the past. Is this already incorporated into notation software like Sibelius and Finale as their interface to GPO, or is this something I need to get?

I've been using GPO4 with Sibelius for the past 4 months or so, but I'm not convinced I've got it set up correctly. I suspect GPO Studio is NOT the problem, but I thought I'd better check.

GPO Studio was an application for use with the very first version of GPO. You're all set with the software needed. Post a message or send me a PM and I can help you configure Sib and GPO4.

GPO Studio was provided to link the very first edition of GPO to notation programmes such as Finale. This was no longer necessary with later versions of GPO.

No, it doesn't work with GPO4 and isn't needed as GPO 4 integrates with Finale and Sibelius.

There is another use I would make of it. But the method of installing it without causing trouble with current Garritan products was complicated and easy to botch. So I am not using it, although I would surely do so if I could.

Can somebody point me to where I can download GPO studio for verision one of GPO? I am still using the first version that I purchased years ago and it works great still for my needs, but I need the ability to record wav files from my score (GPO Studio from the CD does not have this feature, but an update that was release did) and I need to find an updated version of Studio for my GPO 1 software (I seem to have deleted my installer). Where can I download it? Thanks everyone!

Your question has just laid here for awhile now with no replies - because we just aren't sure what the definitive answer is. I can see from your post that you know you have an antiquated version of GPO, and you also know the GPO Studio is long gone. The Kontakt Player replaced Studio, and now Aria has replaced Kontakt.

But I understand you'd still like to find Studio because you have need of Studio's ability to record audio from MIDI input-- That sounds like you're using equally out of date software. Nowadays there are so many programs that will do what you want without the need for Studio--Have you looked for software to replace what you're using?
