Sorry stuck notes problem

At first everything worked fine, but the last few day I\'ve been having problems with stuck notes with the notation programs, Finale 2003 and Overture SE, and so far Sonar 3.1.1 is working fine(knock on wood)and I was wondering if there is a work around or a fix in sight.

I can verify that I get the stuck notes problem in Finale 2004.

I send a bunch of \"all notes off\":
click \"MIDI\"
click \"All Notes Off\"

In Windows the shortcut key is:
Alt - D - A

I don\'t know why the first \"all notes off\" shouldn\'t do the trick. Most of the time I need to send it about 3 times, and sometimes I can\'t stop the sustain without replaying some music. graemlins/tounge_images/icons/smile.gif

I\'ll guess that the problem is in the Kontakt Player.

Thanks for the windows tip! I experience the same problems like crazy last night. I spent more time trying to get notes to stop playing than composing. Forgive me but did you find a way to stop the sustain? What I did as a last resort was press the sustain peddle a few times fast or turned my controller off and on and it stopped. I think you\'re right about the kontakt player though. The sustain was more of a problem than notes playing on an on!
