EW/NI Pre Sale Support Question

I\'m considering placing a decent sized order for at least 2 of EW products that contain NI software within them. If I understand correctly, the supprot for any EW/NI product is split between the 2 companies which I personally feel could be a nightmare. Anyway, for those of you that already own a EW/NI product such as Hardcore Bass and EWQLO, how as the support on both sides of the product been? Thank you for any information you can provide.

I thought the same thing. but to tell u the truth I`ve had some registration problems and NI and E/W have been stellar in solving them right away. Emily from E/W was especially helpful .Also your can call them toll free...Rich images/icons/smile.gif In short, dont worry about it too much...
