Trilogy Losing Settings in DP

Just got trilogy in the mail and LOVE IT!

But I\'ve found a few problems so far with the AU (in DP 4.12 on OS 10.3.3). A couple are GUI related and not that big of a problem. The biggest issue is this: every time I bounce to disk in DP, I lose Trilogy\'s settings. It doesn\'t seem to matter whether or not I\'m bouncing the bass tracks or other tracks.

I\'m not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I\'ve looked elsewhere and can\'t seem to find anyone else who has this problem. Or a fix, for that matter.
