Loading other instruments into GPO

Is it possible to load other instrument libraries into GPO (e.g., the sample CDs sold on this site)?

If not, what software would you recommend (preferably something compatible with popular notation programs, and Pro Tools).

Disclaimer: I\'m still trying to get a handle on the GPO software, so forgive me if these are dumb questions. (We all gotta start somewhere, right?)

Nope, GPO is stand alone. There is an upgrade path to the full version of Kontakt which will open you up to all available sample libraries/formats. Kontakt is compatible with all notation programs as far as I am aware, but there are still issues with Mac and DFD I think.
