Tech support is in the middle of a changeover from Nemesys to Tascam. In order to do this several people have to be trained in depth on the application. This is tough, because at the same time the core crew are also developing the XP/2K platform, and the old tech support guys are developing in-depth multimedia tutorials, but it is happening, and will be better than ever eventually.

There are some very cool guys at the Tascam Gigastudio forum who can help. I can\'t remember the support adresses though.
