I found good NT tweaks..are they 2k compliant too?

I found some good hints on how to speed up disk access in windows NT, are they good for Windows 2000 too?

Have you checked out the latest Casheman?
It\'s got alot of those same tweaks, but without having to make me delve deep into regedit. It doesn\'t have to be running in the background for most of it\'s tweaks to be active, either.
It\'s pretty cool, and the price is right.
