GPO and Halion?

Does GPO run on Halion? I asume it does, but I just wanted to check. I'm planning on either getting Halion or upgrading to the full version of Kontact (is there a special price or do we have to pay the full price?)

GPO does not run on Halion. You don't need Halion (GigaStudio, EXS or any other sampler) to run GPO since it comes with its own integrated sampler using on the Native Instruments engine. GPO will work as a VSTi virtual instrument within Cubase.

there is a special upgrade price for GPO users to the full version of Kontakt. The price I believe is $249.
