In the manual it states that the slider (beside the options button) contorls the amount in % of the effect given to the chosen parameter. I tried changed it radically for mod wheel and velocity, and see no effect at all.

I seem to remember reading in one of the threads that the slider is not working yet, but will be implemented in the next update. Maybe somebody can correct or confirm that?
