As we all know, Synthogy promises their Ivory software will give us the best digital pianos ever (don't they all?). However, no news for months.
So I mailed the distributor about it and I got the following response:
"When it comes to software release dates, there are no promises. They set a target date for the Spring, but due to unforeseen issues/hurdles it has taken a bit longer than they hoped. However, Synthogy is working hard to make Ivory available in July. This is not something they want to just rush to get out there. They want to have a solid product that users like yourself won't have problems with. They haven't given us a specific release date at this time, but we should be receiving more information soon."
I just hope these piano's will be useable for live work. Since the developers worked at Kurzweil, they may know a bit about making things work on stage.
