View Full Version : EWQLSO Gets Keyboard's Key Buy Award

A sad day. I loved Jerry Goldsmith's music. He was one of the few that defined the Hollywood sound.

However, I was thrilled to find out that Keyboard magazine awarded the East West/Quantum Leap Symphonic orchestra the KEY BUY AWARD. The review ends with this- "This is by far the most lush, beautiful sounding commercially released orchestra library to date. Simply stunning." I believe that EWQLSO is the only complete orchestra library to receive the Key Buy. Anyway, it makes me feel good because we go back next week, and start where we left off. Might be busy for the next 9 months!

Congratulations Nick & Co! Great job on EWQLSO and a well-deserved "Key Buy" award. Starting with Silver and currently on Gold (hopefully not far from Platinum), I am looking forward to the second installment of QLSO. Best of luck with it! :)

Thanks to all for the support and suggestions! There is also a really in depth Gold vs. Opus article in the German Keys magazine. My German is not good enough to read it properly, but it's quite long.
