Giga muted bones problem

I have this strange problem. I translate some QL Brass to gigs, and at first all is well. Then, for reasons known only to GigaStudio, it turned the volume down on \"3B SUSFF.gig\", and two others to where I can only just hear them. I can turn up the vol slider to max, but that is no help. Even though I know very little about gig programs, it seems the VCA looks normal. Reading in a new translation is no help. Its like gig remembers the lower volume and uses that. How do I get the volume back up? This drives me nuts...

Are you working with a sequencer or just through your keyboard?

Does not matter. Virtual keyboard, keyboard, sequencer. Its muted no matter what.
