Hanging notes

Are you using the DXi version in Sonar? It has an issue with stuck notes after adding tempo changes to a piece.

Has this problem ever been solved? I read dozens of posts on the NI forum, I did not find any official answer.
After not having the problem for months, now I have it all the time.
Any solution? Thank you.

I am using VSTi in Logic 5.5.1 PC. I found out last night that the problem happens consistently when I stop the transport while a note is playing. When I stop the transport during a silent passage, there are no hanging notes.
I also lowered the latency on my RME to 5.6 ms.
