For some reason, whenever I apply vibrato modulation to an instrument, its effecting all of the other instruments .What can i do to put it right ?

Yes this bug is STILL present even in V2.5. I think it has been SOMEWHAT fixed though but I am not sure. I think it only affects some channels - maybe only the same channel that you applies modulation to, but on all 4 ports?

Still amazing that this bug still lives, more than a year later than Nemesys have been aware of it....
