where can i buy a good giga cpu?

i've built my own system and its just too unstable so im ready to buy a more stable system from someone. does anyone kno any good sites thats builds giga systems? i perfer dealing with small businesses rather than just side deals cuz this is the internet and a couple thousand isnt chump change and i fear getting ripped off but if i cant avoid it i am willing to use paypal or whatever.....
