Please help: GPO + Sibelius + Mac OS X

I'm pulling my hair out here - I can't seem to get Sibelius to see GPO as a device no matter what order the applications are lauched. I've followed all documented steps. Can someone give me a line-item procedure to get this working? Thanks.
