Diva license

For those of you who own Diva (or the various versions). What is the license agreement? I can't seem to find it in the FAQ's on their web site.

They are 100% free to use in any project.

What's the point of ownership if you are restricted? I could never understand that...

DIVA is now in 4 major video games, 6 cable TV documentaries and one feature film.

It is very nice to be informed of were the product is being used but it's not a requirement in any sense of the word.
