I tried to upgrade but received an error, then tried again and got this.

"The serial number you entered has been previously granted access to the Stylus RMX upgrade and is no longer valid. If you have received this message in error, and you need assistance with your upgrade, please email RMXupgrade@spectrasonics.net for further assistance. Remember to detail this error message when contacting us and include your registered name along with your serial number for classic Stylus. You may also call (818) 955-8481"

We will work quickly to provide a solution for you

Thank you,

The Spectrasonics Team

Eric,
Your might want to know that although my order came through, i had to fill my info twice unnesesarily. Once on the normal shipping form and the ordering proesses forced me to fill out the "bill to if different" form as well. Also, when do u expect to have every thing ready for shipping?? :) cant wait to try ou RMX,Rich

Thanks for the feedback...it's a brand new system for us, so it's very helpful to let us know how it's going.

The goal is that we are shipping out Upgrades and New Units simultaneously on October 25th!

I preordered yesterday and I´m pretty sure that spectrasonics will start shipping Stylus RMX on Oct. 25th at sunrise :)

One of the most reliable software companies I know.

I´m very excited to hold the final product in my loop-hungry hands

Where does one find their serial number for their upgrade?

It should be on the inside of the first page of your Stylus Manual.

Eric, just wanted to say thank you for the upgrade, but also for having the option for USPS shipping - both cheaper and usually way faster than UPS Ground. I wish more companies would offer this.

Going to order Atmosphere and Stylus (and the eventual RMX add-on) today through Soundsonics (David Alamein). Looking forward to the libraries. I have really enjoyed 'Backbeat'. Very easy to work with and by the sounds of it will be even faster through RMX.
