GS3 and XP SP2 [Archive] - Northern Sound Source

I have been holding off installing SP2 because I am hesitant to change anything in my system when all is working well. Has everyone updated?
Is it completely safe?

I uninstalled XP service pack 2 as it created major havoc with Digi002. Crashed whenever I tried to open or start a new session. It did not seem to bother GS3 or Nuendo. Thats all the input I have at this time

I updated to sp 2. all is working well, perhaps better. I'm using Sonar 4, motu 828, edirol um 880.

My new GS3 computer came with W XP SP2. Initial problems but solved those without changing anything in Windows. All is working fine.

No probs with SP2 - it's GS3 that's causing the headache.

In comparison with Tascam, Microsoft's testing and QA is exemplary!
