Backup GPO library

After updating there are a folder called Backup GPO Library. It seems to hold the old library. Is it only to through away?

keep it, it is the old library. You may come across a sound in the update that you don't like as much. Not likely...... but keep it just in case.

The backup isn't that large, so it shouldn't cause too many problems to hold onto it.
