Overture Tutorial, adding midi controllers

HI every one,
I was noticeing that the new GPO up dates require more midi controllers than what overture comes with. I haven't seen any one ask the question of how to add controllers like cc22 or cc23 ect. but I thought I would make a tutorial on how to add those any way. I know there is probably 1 person out there who hasn't figured out how to do it yet.

I have just started a new job, the training and home work are just too much so I may become a bit more scarce around here. I will try to post more music and keep an eye out for obscure needed tutorials.
