I've been waiting to here what his announcement is going to be too. I think he hinted towards it being some sort of vocal library. I'm not exactly sure, but I'd really like to find out.
So what's the announcement? :)

I'm impatient  ..... Ok, not really. But the anticipation is killing me.
My guess is it's the male diva counterpart. I want it to be the multisampled choir. ;)

I don't think that's it. I think its something we haven't heard about yet. Don't worry ixm there is a multisampled choir lib on the way as well as the male Diva counterpart. Those are known libs. Come on Frank, we're waiting!!!

Can't wait!
Francis, you haven't forgotten us? :(
Hi,
I think that it will be a multi-sampled fart library, personally. This is a completely untapped market. It will come sampled with multiple velocities from "silent but violent" all the way up to "the great tremor" with crossfade patches too. To eliminate the machine-gun effect, multiple farts for the same note will be included as well, the idea that not every fart should sound the same. To illustrate this, a demo of this library carrying the main melodic line of the William Tell Overture has been created. Those, along with a legato tool for smooth, creamy lines will make it the must-have library of the year. ;) :D
FV
p.s. - It might even be bigger than that in that there may be separate men's, women's and children's farts too.

Hi,
I,ve also heard that they are working on a Tool so you can smell the notes ;)
You must be talking about the tool aimed at DJ's and Turntablists: the Scratch & Sniff Tool. :D

No farts I assure you.
If its as wonderful as Diva then we're all in for a treat. I've got some ideas but nothing solid. We may just hear something announced before the days over.
Keep your ears open guys, I'm sure we'll all be pleasantly surprised. I know Frank has been very excited about it, so its gotta be something great.

Hey guys, just got off the phone with Frank - all will be revealed soon. I can't wait for you guys to see the announcement, I've been freaking for weeks to tell... I've heard some of the samples and well, my music will never be the same (nor will the industry :) ) - the announcement will be exciting, of course - we will still have to wait for shipping dates.

Yes, I think that Frank started DIVA's release a year ago? And he with Lastlibs team are already getting us exited with more new releases. I also think that Frank and team have had more experience and time in cultivating the technology and musicality in the samples. BeladMedia and Lastlibs are great examples of creating high quality custom type libraries or libraries that fulfill a niche. All the best and look forward to the announcements.
