Log Out Failure

With about 3 exceptions, I always receive a log out error message, something like "an error occurred during log out. Please click here to continue log out"

Hardly a serious problem, but I have wondered about it. Any ideas? Does not seem to be browser related..

I get the same every time I log out here at work and once in a while at home. I just follow through and let it go at that. I thought I was the only one.
