Stylus RMX- cannot access the 7 gig library?

I went to a Guitar Center yesterday and one of the salesman had Stylus RMX on the computer. He had just installed it and didn't know how to use it yet. I tried to fool with it but could not access the 7 gig library. :eek: I even watched a demo video but still couldn't access the library. The HUGE library is located in the spectasonics folder (the sage folder). The dll. file is also in the Spectrasonics folder. I'm going back tonight or tomorrow so hopefully they figured it out. If not, what could be wrong? I want to hear it before I buy.

I called the music store and they fixed the problem. Cannot wait to hear it. :)
