help me getting updates

hi,
I tried many times, but I can NOT get the latest updates from the website.
I\'ve got always the same error message saying: \"The CDKey supplied is
invalid.\"
I\'m registered already, and use the CD-Key written in Tascam email sent after my registration, the same CD-Key i have with my original CD.

Help me please getting the updates I need to work correctly.

The update page now works OK. It was a web/cgi problem I guess.

Now that you mention it I rememner there being some issues with Netscape browsers. Was this related to your situation?

I use IE v5.5 SP2.
Anyway, it works now and i\'m happy with this update.
