How Do I - Breadth Control and Pitch?

Does anyone know if there is a way to have breadth control affect the pitch? i.e., the harder you blow the more the pitch rises?

I see where I can have breadth control affect the LFO but not pitch directly.

There are \"breath\" controllers they are quite expensive (especially the 4 finger flute controller). Other then that I would say just edit the breath controls in an application such as Cakewalk.
