Where's the Sound Library Forum?

Is it just me or has the Sound Library Discussion Forum dissapeared? All the other forums seem to be here, but that doesn\'t appear on my system. What could be the problem?

The SAMPLE LIBRARY forum is the first in the list now. The hardware forum was merged with the soundcard one.
