If I use compression i use VST Dynamics pluginf from Cubase because i don't have any good commercial plug yet.... but moslty I usethis VST Dynamic plug to lower the difference in levels and avoid going up +0dB... i mean limit it to 0dB

hmmm. i gues not... i'm not very good at mixing/polishing with all this dynamic compression things... i use it only on the orchestral tracks because i always have too big difference between valleys and tops....

Unfortunately there is no 'technical way' of doing it. The winner should try to get a screen grab showing 45,000. I got one at 45,007 see below (it shot past 45000 before I could get it). That was LukePC at 45,007, posting his 'stop it guys' post at 12:16.
