Spoken phrases in different languages

Are there any free or cheap spoken phrases available on the web or is there a library dedicated to them? I need royalty free samples especially in exotic languages and preferrably spoken by females. I don't care what the meaning of the phrases are but they should be professionally recorded.

That would be a pretty vague product. I can't imagine it would exist. I've seen crowd noise from various countries in sfx collections, but not random phrases.Okay, I'll rephrase. I didn't say that the phrases should be random, I said that I don't care what they are saying. The phrases can be weather forecasts, language tapes or anything that has been recorded in a place without ambient noise. Therefore public speaches won't do unless they are done in a studio and broadcasted instead of addressing the public on location. There must be something that has multiple exotic languages royalty free, I just can't figure out what it is. :)
