Latency problem

I,m using GS 160 1n W 2000, with echo gina 20 soundcard and Sonar 2.0.
All used to work fine, but now, I have a latency problem, even with midi tracks just sequenced.
When routed to GS,this tracks sounds delayed when I play the sequence.


DO you have any advices for me?

I\'ve had occasional problems with the Echo Mia Midi like this. Sometimes if you have the console loaded, it does that. Also, try unloading and reloading older drivers, and vice versa. I just kept playing around doing those things and it eventually fixed itself.
