Tascam us 122 +GIGA 24 ?

Tascam new US 122 audio-midi interface and similar (more expensive products),is offered with gigastudio 24(and cubasis).I have made a quick search in this forum (and tascam site)but i had find nothing about giga 24.
Can something of you explain the difference about giga 24 and the classic gigastudio products?

The Giga24 software has 24 voices of polyphony and no effects.

The interface is like the Giga96

Also, only 1 MIDI port.

This is the freebe that Tascam includes with their hardware.
