There is probably a simply solution to this question but I can\'t find it.

If you use Kontakt with notation programs like Overture 3 or Sibelius, ie Kontakt is not in a host program and is freestanding, how do you apply software VST or DX reverb? I really don\'t want to use Cubase or Sonar for my midi-sequencing.

Any thoughts?

Craig

You’d only be able to use the effects in Kontakt.

Thanks Bill. Finally found the tag to the reverb in the control panel.

...or use a VST host program like V Stack or Chainer, which simply \'hosts\' VST instruments and / or effects, without being a full-blown sequencer.

V Stack (\"http://www.steinberg.net/en/ps/products/music_production/v-stack/index.php?sid=68dd4bfc8f5fd49316973752b53f124a\")

Chainer (\"http://www.xlutop.com/html/chainer.html\")

Thanks Oliver - I\'ll check them out.

Does anyone have opinions on Kontakt\'s reverb in comparison to Gigastudio?
