initio9100UW SCSI card & Seagate Barracuda 9LP ST39173W drive .. can they work?

I\'m thinking of using a separate SCSI drive for storing samples and playing giga sounds. I\'m looking to buy an initio9100UW SCSI card as it gives very good value for money. But i was wondering if a Seagate Barracuda 9LP ST39173W drive will work well with this card. If it doesn\'t, can anyone also recommmend any other 9 gig Ultrawide SCSI drive for the inito card that is fast enough for the GS

try using fast E-IDE´s! they perform véry well and are much cheaper than UW-SCSI drives. Gig files are optimized for streaming audio, therefore a big cache also is very important. fast seek times are important (barracuda, cheetah) for conventional audio purposes
