At least she could do is teach them how to play a simple C scale. "Squeek" is not in any musical text books! Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Could be worse. I have 10 beginning oboe students (Music Ed Majors) every Monday and Wednesday Morning at the same time! Talk about harsh on the ears! I spend most of the class standing behind them!

Hey! I'm an oboist --- oboes are cool!
Once you know how to make pretty noises on oboes they become cool. In fact, it and bassoon are my two most favorite instruments to write for. It's just when they're first starting out that they are NOT cool! :p

I agree with the oboe comment! I always said that the Horn, Oboe, and Violin can be the most beautiful of instruments when played well, but can be atrocious when learning the instrument. :)
