Best use of new hard drive?

I\'ve just purchased a new 7200 RPM hard drive, seperate from my boot drive, which I want to devote to Gigasampler.

For better performance, should I reinstall the whole gigasampler program to the new drive, or leave it on the boot drive and just store/read the gig files off the new drive? Or does it matter?

Yes, leave GS on your boot drive and place all your samples on your new drive. This will give you the highest performance.
