If you scroll down the page it is listed in BOLD print under 10/24/00, and has two links, one to the patch for Win98SE and one for Win ME. This page updates its news daily so to get to older news you just scroll down further. After so many days old news get dropped from the page, in that case you would have to search Microsoft for their patch.
