Hello mixing enthusiasts:

Does the Spectralive product ( http://www.crysonic.com/ ), a sort of mixing enhancer, have any use for GPO?

I tried the demo and thought the program/preset "General Vitality 2", among others, had an interesting effect on GPO string sounds but at some cost of making them sound more synthy.

What do others think?

This is the kind of product that would work best if used on the final mix... And would probably work better on pop music than on classical music...

I listened open mindedly, and was not impressed.
The worst thing about the demos is the volume increase in the "effected" portion. They should have made both portions the same volume so the quality of sound could be paid more attention to. Too many people want a "plug in" that will create that "magic" mix. I'm sorry, there is no such thing that I know of. For those who like it, they have my blessing.
I am honored that you brought it to my attention YBaCuO.

Thank you :)
