Samsung 20.4 GB ULTRA ATA 9 m/s good enoug for GSt?

I got good offer from Samsung 20.4 GB Ultra ATA 66/100 Hard Disk (average seek time 9,0 m/s). Is it really good enough for Gst 96?
I have Asus P2-99 motherboard supporting only
ATA 33. Is this problem? Help please!!!
