Help with FirePod?

I know someone else uses the PreSonus FirePod lurking around here. I need some help. I can't seem to get midi to work with even with stand alone GPO.
I would appreciate any help at all. Would you believe I called PreSonus directly and asked for help? I was put on hold for ten minutes and a recording asking me to leave a measage, then it hung up on me! Nice way to do business. They'll get far!

DAhhhhhhh! Never mind. I flipped the controller over and there is a switch on the bottom for settings with Mac or PC. Yeah, I know ... Dahhhhhhhhhhh.:o
