Questions about B2030 active and passive monitors.

Hi,

Among many threads it seems that Behringer B2030 monitors looks to be a good choice in his price category.

For sure it's hazardous to buy second hand monitors. But how about a second hand amp ?

It's a 150$ Us difference (about 15,000$ CDN :()

First question, are those two speakers equal in quality ?

If yes, is it possible to find a good used amp way lower to 150$ ?

If yes, would it be a total waste to match those units ?

If no, any suggestions for amps ?
