Converting Midi Samples in Giga to Audio

I have Giga 3, Sonar and a Motu 828 Soundcard. I now want to convert the midi to audio and assume I do this in Sonar. The instructions only refer to using an internal sound card's sounds, external synth sounds and DXi. I am sure it is easy but I have not been able to figure it out.

You either use Giga in ReWire mode, or you loop back a physical output into an input.

I opened in what I think is Rewire mode which I believe is opening Sonar before Gigastudio. The manual says to go to edit-bounce to tracks, but bounce to track is not highlighted for me to open.
