Slow GigaPulse Pro NFX when setting up

I have a fast pc and have never suffered from speed problems. However yesterday when setting up a Giga pulse session my system started to loop for some minutes (egg timer) each time I clicked any menue option in the Gigapulse Pro window. Although unacceptably slow it eventualy configures and I can use the samples without any problems.

Eventually I reluctantly uninstalled GigaStudio Orchestra 3.1 and reinstalled but the same problem occures! Has anyone experienced anything similar? How can I resolve theis problem

midi loop is one possibility -- simple to test, just unplug your midi cables.

Thanks for the suggestion. I unplugged my midi cables when GigaStudio was loaded and tried to load GigaPulse but no difference.Still long delays with egg timer.

Note if I load and play gig instruments without GigaPulse then everything works OK.

Sorry that didn't help -- definitely something wrong in your setup somewhere, that's not typical response time.
