Saving .gsp

Since 3.12 and since I made a template with some stacked instruments, when I save my template as Default, or "save as", the instruments are saved but settings either in the mixer or in the DSP station are not saved.
Could one help what I am doing wrong?

Make sure that 'Save entire Gigastudio environment' is checked in the 'save as' dialogue - for some unknown reason (though often after an update) it can sometimes end up unchecked. Always worth double checking whenever you save a gsp.
